Available with our MegaPOP VoIP Services is our enhanced 911 (e911) service. This feature allows a subscriber to record and update their physical location in near real time, ensuring that any 911 call made later from that line will be delivered to the appropriate PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point) in their area. Our e911 service is one of the most reliable and effective on the market today due to the error checking and PSAP-identification safeguards we've incorporated into our system. Our e911 can be used with any of our provided phone numbers.

This safeguard makes certain that in the event a call is not properly routed to the assigned PSAP, it is routed to a 3rd party 24 x 7 x 365 Emergency Call Routing Center. This ensures the correct emergency services are reached. Some locations may not provide 911 services.
